Unreleased Michael Jackson Accident Footage Video | 1984 Pepsi Commercial Hair On Fire

Until hours ago, the only officially released footage of this accident was of Michael getting into an ambulance. Any other clips you’ve probably seen are from a blurry source.

US Weekly finally got their hands on the behind-the-scenes shot of how the accident happened. Even the 3000 fans attending the video shoot didn’t get to see this angle…

As it turns out this clip is just as bad as the rumors described. Even though he spins at the 57 second mark and gets most of the fire out, he still suffered 3rd degree burns. It should be noted that after this incident, the singer was given pain medication- which he would later be addicted to.

Also, with the lawsuit money that MJ received from Pepsi for this ($1.5 Mill, he donated it all to burn victims at the treatment center that he stayed at; which is now called the Michael Jackson Burn Center today.
